A Passage
A line of light guides the viewer from the foreground to the background of this photograph. As I passed a parking garage in Philadelphia I was intrigued by the imaginary line created by light in this scene. I also wanted to draw a contrast between the security camera mounted on the clean, almost pristine metal walls and the deteriorated, dirty, almost hidden wall to the right of the photo. I took this photo in color and then converted it to Black and White for my Urban Photography class at Moore College of Art.
